| Rules & Regulations: |

The Institute believes in voluntary discipline and expects student to abide by the rules that are in force time to time: |
|
|
- Students are expected to observe discipline during class lectures and college programmes.
- Students are expected to follow time-Table punctually.
- Unnecessary movement in college corridors is strictly prohibited.
- Other than the Time-table hours, the students are also advised to avoid unnecessary movements in the college premises.
- College furniture should be not be damaged or dislocated.
- Parents and other related persons are not allowed to go directly to the classroom.
- Student must maintain silence in the classroom.
- Student must attend college programmes, Independence Day and Republic day function.
- Students are not allowed to sit on the compound wall and steps in front of the college.
- Students should meet the teachers during interval time. However, they not go to the staff room.
- Students are strictly prohibited from creating disturbance to other classes.
- Students are not allowed to write anything on the college walls, compound walls, boards, furniture etc.
- Students are not allowed to give to any notice directly to other students. Usages of College notice board for private reasons is prohibited.
- Ragging is strictly prohibited in the college premises, for more details ,students are advised to read the UGC regulations on curbing The Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions 2009 .
- Student violating discipline will be subject to following punishment.
- Names of the students breaking the discipline will be recorded in the academic record.
- Indiscipline caused by the student will be communicated to the parent.
- A fine may be imposed.
- Such student will not be considered for receiving any help or concession by the college.
- For serious violation such as criminal offence, ragging of the student shall be liable for Punishment as per the law in force & the UGC regulations respectively.

Important Notice for student & Parents: |

- Students shall remit the prescribed fees along with necessary document required for the admission. A student should obtain the receipt of the fee paid by him & should produce the same when ever required.
- Student must attend classes for all subjects regularly. Those who cannot attend the classes due to illness or for some other reasons should submit their applications to the Principal/Vice principal for obtaining prior permission of their absence.
- According to the rule 173, of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, it is necessary that a student must give in 80% attendance in each term. Likewise, he/she must satisfy the provisions of ordinance 179 i.e. she/he must complete the course prescribed for each term to satisfaction of the principal for the class to which he/she belongs otherwise the student will not be allowed to appear for the examination.
- College has prescribed dress code for all the student. Students are to be present in prescribed uniform during working days & examination period.
- Identity card will be issued every year. Students are advised to preserve their identity card with great care. Every student must paste his/her recent photograph on the identity card & get it certified from the college office.
- Students are instructed to carry their identity card with them during their stay on the college premises & also at the time of borrowing books from the library, using reading room facility, attending lectures & college programmes.
- In case the identity card is lost, the student is required to inform immediately to the college office & shall apply for new identity card along with the fine of RS. 50/-.
- All admissions in the first instance are provisional & liable to be cancelled if any irregularity is detected at later stage. The college reserves the right of cancelling the admission of any student at any time.

Anti Ragging Rules:

|
All students willing to seek admission must note that “Ragging is strictly prohibited in the college. Anyone found guilty of ragging or abetting ragging is liable to be punished.”
As Per Regulation No.4 of UGC Regulation on curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institution, 2009
Following are Punishable ingredients of Ragging:
- Abetment to ragging
- Extortion
- Criminal conspiracy to rag
- Criminal trespass
- Unlawful assembly and rioting while ragging
- Offences against property
- Public nuisance created during ragging
- Criminal intimidation
- Violation of decency and morals through ragging
- Attempts to commit any all of the above mentioned offense the victim(s)
- Injury to body causing hurt or grievous hurt
- Physical or psychological humiliation
- Wrongful restraint
- Wrongful confinement
- Use of criminal force
- Assault as well as sexual offences or unnatural offences
- All other offences following from the definition of “Ragging”
As per Regulation No.8 of the UGC Regulation on curbing the Menace of ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009, depending upon the nature and gravity of the offence as established by the anti-ragging committee of the institution, the possible punishments for those found guilty of ragging at the institutional level shall be any one or any combination of the following:
- Suspension from attending classes and academic privileges.
- Withholding/ withdrawing scholarship/ fellowship and other benefits.
- Debarring from appearing in any test/ examination or other evaluation process.
- Withholding results.
- Debarring from representing the institution in any regional, national, or international meet, tournament, youth festival, etc.
- Suspension/ expulsion from the hostel.
- Cancellation of admission.
- Rustication from the institution for period ranging from 1 to 4 semesters.
- Expulsion from the institution & consequent debarring from admission to any other institution for a specified period.
- Fine ranging between Rupees 25,000/- & Rupees 1 lakh.
- Collective punishment: When the persons committing or abetting the crime of ragging are not.
