Bioprocessing :
The bioprocess & biopharmaceutical industries are crying out for experts in biology & bioprocess engineering. The problem they face is that universitites don't produce enough suitably qualified graduates. At MGM-IBT we aim to change this. We in consultation with industry have worked closely with industry to create a brand new postgraduate M.Sc. Course in Bioprocessing. Experts in this field work at the frontiers of biological and engineering sciences to "Bring Engineering to Life" through the conversion of biological materials into othe forms needed by mankind.
Bioprocessing is the applied science that requires application of microbial technology, fermentation technology, engineering principles, mathematics. Application area commonly associated with bioprocessing include the production of pharmaceuticals, vaccines, biofuels, design and operation of fermentation systems, development of food processing systems, product separation technologies, design of instrumentation to monitor and control biological processes and many more.
