Admission Procedure:
     
  The candidate who fulfill the eligibility criterion set by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad can seek admission.  
 
  • Candidates seeking admission to any available course are required to apply in the prescribed format.
  • The application form must be filled by the candidate in his/her own handwriting using a ballpoint pen.
  • The application form must be submitted along with necessary documents.
  • Admission will be confirmed only if 50% of course fees in the form of Demand Draft is submitted along with necessary documents.
  • Incomplete application form and / or with less payment is prescribed, will be rejected without any information to the applicant.

  Necessary Documents for Admission:  
 
  • T.C. / School Leaving Certificate ( Original + attested two xerox copies ).
  • Statement of marks ( Original + attested two xerox copies ).
  • Caste Certificate (only for reserved category students) ( Attested two xerox copies ).
  • Income certificate / PTC certificate / Freedom Fighter / Ex-Serviceman, along with necessory forms (two copies ) for the respective benefits.
  • Two Passport sized, colored photographs.
  • Migration Certificate (graduates other than Dr. B. A. M. University, Aurangabad)
  • Registration fees / Prospectus fees
    • B.Sc. Biotech / B.Sc. Bioinformatics - Rs. 350/- (for open category) / Rs. 200/- (for Reserved category)
    • M.Sc. Courses - Rs. 650/- (for open category) / Rs. 500/- (for Reserved category)
  • Demand Draft should in favor of "Director, MGM's Institute of Biosciences & Technology, Aurangabad"
  • To confirm the admission, student have to pay atleast 70% of Course Fees.

 

  
  Disqualification for Admission:  
 

If a candidate himself / herself or his authorized proxy if found obstructing, the admission process or creating nuisance, shall be liable for diqualification from the admission process.

 

  
  Legal Jurisdiction:  
 

Any legal dispute arising out of the admisson procedure and refund of fees with respect of admission to these courses shall be under jurisdiction of Aurangabad and High Court of Aurangabad, with advance legal notice of one month to MGM, Institute of Biosciences & Technology, Aurangabad.

 

  
  Admission Termination Procedure:  
 

Any student desirous to cancel admission will be allowed to do so on prior notice, and the cancellation will be carried out in accordance to the university rules and norms.
