MGM was established in 1982 by a group of professionals having a high career profile with commitment to social cause and determination to accomplish goals. The trust was registered with objectives to cater to the educational needs of the students of Maharashtra in general and Marathwada in particular.
The aims and objectives of the trust are to fulfill the task begun by Mahatma Gandhi, who said "Literacy education is of no value if it is not able to build up sound character". The MGM has been pursuing its aims and objectives with dedication and zeal for more than two decades and finally has established reputation in the above mentioned fields. Presently, the trust administer 32 institutions located in different parts of Maharashtra and Noida (U.P.), most of them are ISO certified. After achieving a grand success in the field of health education UGC granted Deemed University status in Health Sciences to MGM, in the year 2006-07.
